Co-Here Asheboro: Customer Discovery & Growth

Successful small businesses start with a good idea and the humility that they don’t know everything.  Customer discovery is the process of identifying customer, customer needs, and how those customers would like their needs met, and its one of the most important and challenging processes business can undertake.  This session will  explore several best practices for finding your customers and better understanding how to create a product or service they can’t live without.  Then we’ll have a Mastermind-style roundtable discussion, giving each participant time in the “hot seat” for everyone to give feedback and input on the greatest customer discovery and growth problem plaguing each of us.  This is an engaging, interactive program meant to stimulate conversation and problem-solving.
