Special Children’s Event Hosted by RSVP Community Theatre and Carriage House Tea Attention good citizens of the Deep Sea and Randolph County! A special Little Mermaid invites you to her party on Saturday, August 4 at 2:00 p.m. Come join the “Tea Under the Sea” gala with Ariel and her sea creature friends. Tea attendees are encouraged to dress up for tea time. We will offer chilled tea and finger foods. All of the party goers will take home a souvenir, as well as have the opportunity to take photos with our special (costumed) cast members from the RSVP production of Disney's "The Little Mermaid.” Ariel's Tea Under the Sea Party will be held at First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, located at 133 N. Church Street, Asheboro, NC 27203. Children age 14 and under are invited and each ticket costs $10 per child. All proceeds from the event are going to the Guardian ad Litem program of Randolph County. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by one adult. Adults who stay at the event will need to remain off to the side during the tea party and will not participate in the tea activities. Tickets must be purchased at Brightside Gallery either in person or over the phone. Brightside Gallery is located at 170 Worth Street, Asheboro, NC 27203 and their phone number is 336-736-8714. Their hours are: Monday - Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM. Please note that attendance is limited to 25 guests, and tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Your young person will NOT want to miss this unique theatrical event!
