Fourth Annual Disability Awareness Day and Parade
Randolph County Mayor's Committee will host the fourth annual Disability Awareness Day & Parade on Friday, October 20, 2017. The day will begin at 10 a.m. with a parade and end in Bicentennial Park with special presentations.
The parade route will begin on Church Street (at 10 a.m.) and follow a short route down Sunset Avenue to Bicentennial Park in downtown Asheboro. It will be a day designed to allow individuals with disabilities to be celebrated and raise public awareness about the issues facing individuals with disabilities.
Enjoy music, dancing, and special guest speakers.
