Four Saints Beer Dinner at Fearrington
To kick off NC Beer Month in April and to get everyone in the spirit, we are honored to be hosting Four Saints Brewery for a beer dinner. Four Saints is named after a few of the patron saints that shaped and changed the way beer was made and consumed — Saint Wenceslaus, Saint Nicholas, Saint Luke, and Saint Augustine. As Four Saints doesn’t have one particular beer style, we’ll be showcasing a variety of food-friendly libations throughout the experience. Matt Trogdon, Four Saints’ Regional Sales Manager, will speak to the history of beer styles while guiding you through the different flavors and notes of each beer. We are fortunate to also be showcasing a limited quantity of beers that have been cellared for years at Four Saints’ brewery: an excellent opportunity to see how some beers can (and will) age gracefully. Seats are $120 per person, include a beer sampling during reception, a four-course dinner and beer pairing. Service fee and taxes are already included. Please join us on the terrace at 5:30pm for the reception, while the seated portion commences at 6pm.
