Brightside Gallery, 170 Worth Street, Asheboro, NC, opens its "Front Porch Evening" season on April 21, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. with music on the front porch provided by Richard Johnson! Richard will play guitar and sing during this delightful spring evening FREE event. Born in Asheboro during the generation of the music explosion, Richard has spent his life enjoying all styles of music and adding as many songs to his encyclopedic repertoire as possible. Working with groups like Ashegrove, Flight 19, The Goodtimers, Added Gravitas, and eclectic solo work, he continues to champion the art of song and its power to enrich our lives.
