How do you measure the ongoing success of your business?  Most business owners start with revenue goals, but quickly the complexities of operating a business make evaluation using that criteria more difficult to understand and less meaningful for the business.  Enter KPI?s, or Key Performance Indicators, that you can set that align with your vision for the business or department you run.  This session will briefly discuss what KPI?s are, how to set them, and best of all we?ll spend the majority of the time hearing from you and your peers on how you use goal setting and KPI?s to grow your business.  This is an engaging, interactive program meant to stimulate conversation and problem-solving.
