Student Leadership Information For Tomorrow, L.I.F.T., is a program sponsored by the Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce. The program, in its 17th year, offers twenty-six rising high school sophomores/juniors who reside in Randolph County the opportunity to learn more about the area. It also allows them the chance to gain valuable leadership skills. Day-long sessions follow a Ropes Course. Sessions are on topics such as Government, Criminal Justice, Health & Human Services, Agriculture, Tourism and Business & Industry. Leadership Information For Tomorrow is an exciting and unique opportunity for those selected. Youth leaders are an invaluable community resource. The L.I.F.T. program was formed to help develop this most precious resource. It is the goal of Leadership Information For Tomorrow to produce leaders who are interested in Randolph County both now and in the future.
