Saturday, August 11th A Good Year Admission $10 Our featured film, A Good Year, stars Academy Award winner Russell Crowe and legendary director Ridley Scott as they team up for this story of an Englishman who finds his soul when he loses his heart to a French beauty (Marion Cotillard). Crowe stars as a ruthless businessman Max Skinner, a man whose sole raison d’être is the acquisition of wealth at the expense of the other guy. But when he inherits a vineyard in the south of France, hard-driving, fast-talking Skinner begins to slow down and embrace the simple – and most precious – pleasures of life. Set against the visually intoxicating backdrop of Provence, France, A Good Year is a fun, full-bodied, romance you’ll savor again and again! Just like a good wine! Join us on the flagstone terrace and wait for the sun to set while listening to guitarist & vocalist Scott Huffman from 6:00 to 8:30. Bring a picnic to enjoy or bring your choice of entrée to cook on our grill which is open for all to use. Goat Lady Dairy Cheese trays are also available for purcahse. After the music, move to the upper area to watch the movie on our outdoor 20’ x 20’ canvas screen. Make sure to buy a bottle . . . or two, sit back, & ENJOY ! Wine Tastings are $5.00 & include a souvenir wine glass.Seating is limited so you may want to bring a lawn chair just in case. After the movie it will be “country dark” so bring a flashlight to help you get back to your car!
