Description: The Asheboro office of the Division of Workforce Solutions (Employment Security Commission) and the Central Carolina Human Resource Professionals Association are pleased to offer a seminar on Understanding Your Unemployment Insurance Tax Rate.
What: Information on the unemployment insurance tax, how rates are determined, understanding and responding to charging notices and the
impact of the recession on rates.
When: Thursday, August 9 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Where: Randolph Community College AE Auditorium Room 018
Who: J. A. Crews, regional tax auditor, and Pam Adkins, tax auditor supervisor, with the Division of Employment Security will provide expertise and answer questions on the "mystery" of UI tax.
